Vision

To help people live in harmony with self, others and God, through healing and growth
of the whole person.

Mission

To provide comprehensive mental health and addictions services which reflect values of our founding churches, local and regional priorities, staff expertise, and available resources.

Values

Wholeness — We believe that mental or emotional health can be most fully realized if combined with commitment toward physical health, healthy relationships, and spiritual health.

Quality — We work toward continuous improvement in all our services, combining the best available technical knowledge and expertise with the art of healing relationships.

Christian principlesWe identify with the healing and reconciling ministry of Jesus and are guided by Christian principles in formation of policies, practices and guidelines.

Human dignity and rights — We believe all human beings, including the mentally ill and addicted, deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and should be encouraged to participate as fully as possible in all decisions concerning their treatment and welfare.

TrustWe seek to build relationships of trust among staff and with patients, families, other caregivers, payers and community through honest and effective communication.

Education — We will empower persons with knowledge and understanding to support them in their responsibility to make choices which impact personal and family health and wholeness.

Stewardship - We utilize resources carefully to provide the best possible value for patients as well as any third party paying for services.

Respect for pain and sufferingWhile we work to help persons experience healing from pain and suffering, we acknowledge that pain can be instrumental to growth and wholeness.

Community — We respond to the needs of the community and join in efforts to engage its resources for purposes of improving the health and well-being of its residents, including those who cannot effectively advocate for their own needs.

TeamworkWe join with other professionals to more effectively serve our clients within the limits of respecting each client’s right to privacy.
