A certified adult, child and adolescent psychiatrist, Dr. Kinsey provides medical leadership to all child and adolescent residential programs at Lakeview Drive in addition to his administrative responsibilities. Josh J. Mathew, M.D., is a psychiatrist working at 330 Lakeview Drive, Goshen, where he works with adults in the inpatient program. He also oversees the care of adults in the Supervised Group Living program. Dr. Mathew joined the Oaklawn staff in 2006. |

Timothy C. McFadden, M.D., joined Oaklawn's staff in 1995 as a psychiatrist working with adults. His practice is located at 101 Marilyn Avenue, Goshen. Trained in general psychiatry, his areas of interest include depression, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. He also provides care for seniors in area nursing homes. |

Carl N. Rutt, M.D., joined the Oaklawn staff in 1982, served for 21 years as medical director, and is now senior psychiatrist. Certified in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry, Dr. Rutt maintains a clinical practice at 330 Lakeview Drive, Goshen. He has a particular interest in depression, anxiety and psychotic disorders in children, adolescents and adults. |

Gary M. Seltman, M.D., is medical director for Senior Intensive Services at 330 Lakeview Drive, Goshen. Certified in adult and geriatric psychiatry, Dr. Seltman works with adults and seniors, including visits to and consultations with nursing homes. On staff since 1994, his areas of expertise include working with seniors, mood and anxiety disorders, and pharmacotherapy. |

With 17 years experience as a pediatrician, Dr. Stuckey’s areas of special interest include medical and psychiatric disorders in children and adolescents, as well as ADHD and depression. |

Susan Meyer Taccheri, M.D., joined the staff in 2001 and sees youth on an outpatient basis at 2600 Oakland Avenue, Elkhart. She is certified as an adult psychiatrist and trained in child and adolescent psychiatry as well as addictions. She specializes in crisis intervention and treatment of co-existing mental health and substance abuse issues in children and adolescents. |
