Employee scholarships and loan repayment programs

Oaklawn offers annual scholarships to select employees pursuing degrees in high-priority areas, such as social work and advanced practice nursing. Some Oaklawn employees are also eligible for several loan repayment and forgiveness programs, including the National Health Service Corps. For more information about these programs, click here.

Understanding licensing

There are different licensing options for those with master’s degrees, but some licenses are highly preferred by employers. To see Oaklawn’s preferred licenses, check out our Licensure Hiring Map. Keep in mind that not all master’s programs meet the requirements for all licenses. For more information about the licenses for which your degree is eligible, inquire with your school and the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board.
