Oaklawn hosts a variety of education, training, and fundraising events for both professionals and the general public.

 

Tuesday, November 18, 2008 - Memory Screening

As part of National Memory Screening Day, Oaklawn and Greencroft will offer FREE memory screenings at Greencroft Senior Center, 1820 Greencroft Blvd., Goshen, IN, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Memory screenings average ten minutes and will be conducted by Oaklawn and Greencroft professionals. They do not diagnose any illness but can indicate whether someone should follow up with a full medical exam. No registration necessary. Tuesday, November 18, 2008 - Women's Circle of Hope

Oaklawn's Women’s Circle of Hope annual luncheon will be held November 18, 2008, noon, at Oaklawn, 330 Lakeview Drive, Goshen. The event will feature a panel speaking on mental health issues which will include Oaklawn president Laurie Nafziger, vice president Bonita Schrock, and board member Becky Ball-Miller. The Women's Circle of Hope brings together women of the Michiana region who wish to support Oaklawn and enhance their own awareness of mental health and how it affects them, their families and friends.
