You might say Dr. Robert Anda wrote the book on adverse childhood experiences. Anda is a Co-Principal Investigator of the decades-long Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Study, a landmark research project that shows the correlation between traumatic experiences in childhood and a variety of public health concerns.
