Oaklawn accepts almost all insurance coverages, including selected
HMOs and PPOs. Some services are reimbursed by Medicaid or Medicare.
Oaklawn staff will assist you in obtaining insurance benefits information
and in developing arrangements for payment of fees. Oaklawn will
file insurance claims, but cannot guarantee that services will be
covered.
Assistance with fees for some services are available to residents
of Elkhart County who qualify through the Hoosier Assurance Plan
of the Indiana Division of Mental Health.
