Supervised Group Living (SGL) — Located at 1711 Prairie Street,
Supervised Group Living provides housing for adults who have the potential to live independently. Residents articipate in structured independent and group activities, with an emphasis on teaching daily living skills.
Staffing is provided 24-hours a day.
Assertive Community Treatment for Adults (ACT) — Offering intense case management, the ACT program is designed to decrease psychiatric hospitalization and increase stable housing. ACT services are time unlimited and a crisis on-call system is available.
Semi-Independent Living Program (SILP) — For adults with serious mental illness who can live independently with minimal support. Residing in Oaklawn apartments, residents may remain in the program for as long as deemed clinically necessary.
Adult Case Management (ACM) — The goal of ACM is to help mentally ill adults become as independent as possible and to reintegrate into the community. Case managers serve as advocates and help link clients to necessary community services.
