Join us for our fall mental health breakfast series to learn about Oaklawn's new Transition to Independence Program. This program is designed for youth, 14-25, that are transitioning into a new stage of life. The programs goal is help young adults with emotional/behavioral difficulties have improved real-life outcomes in work, school, and personally.
